("Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to
abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Event Description
OCEAN
Events refer to any event, conference, seminar, workshop, or gathering
organized by OCEAN Network LLC in the state of California, USA.
2. Ticket Purchase
2.1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
3.1.
OCEAN Network LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Event,
including the schedule, venue, speakers, and content, without prior
notice. Such changes will not entitle attendees to refunds.
3.2.
In the event of Event cancellation, OCEAN Network LLC will make
reasonable efforts to provide notice to attendees. In the case of
cancellation, OCEAN Network LLC may offer alternative options at its
sole discretion but is not obligated to provide refunds.
4. Attendee Conduct
4.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Event.
4.2.
OCEAN Network LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the
Event if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these
terms and conditions, without providing a refund.
5. Liability
5.1.
Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with
attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury,
property damage, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2.
OCEAN Network LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and staff are
not liable for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct or indirect,
arising from attendance at the Event.
6. Media Consent
6.1.
By attending the Event, you grant OCEAN Network LLC permission to use
your likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and
marketing purposes.
7. Privacy
7.1. OCEAN Network LLC may collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
